Start with AI, or bring your plan
Describe where and when you’d like to go and Golfit.AI drafts a first plan. Already started in email or a group chat? Paste it, or upload a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text file.
Links in what you paste are listed back to you — Golfit.AI does not open web pages, so paste important details directly.
Step 2
Review every suggestion
Each proposed round, stay, flight or transfer shows where it came from in your material and how sure the AI is. Accept, edit or reject each one. Uncertain items stay marked as maybes, and open questions are listed separately.
Nothing is added to your trip until you approve it.
Step 3
Invite the group
Send invitations to your golfers. Co-Planners can help organize; Members see a simpler view focused on the itinerary and the decisions that need them.
Trips are private to the people you invite.
Step 4
Decide together
Put dates, courses or a hotel to a vote, see who has answered, and settle it. Track booking status and shared expenses as plans firm up.
The Planner always makes the final call.
Step 5
Travel with one itinerary
During the trip, Today shows each golfer what’s next — tee times, where to be and the details they need — on their phone.
