Early Access draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be replaced by a final version before Golfit.AI opens publicly. You will be asked to agree again when it changes.
Golfit.AI helps groups plan golf trips together. By using it during Early Access you agree to these terms.
Early Access
- Golfit.AI is unfinished. Features may change, pause or be removed, and things may occasionally go wrong.
- Access is by invitation and may be withdrawn. Each golfer may have a limited number of active trips.
Your trips
- Trip details are private to the golfers on that trip. Planners decide who joins and what roles they have.
- You are responsible for what you add, and for checking bookings, times, prices and travel details with the course, hotel or airline. Golfit.AI does not make bookings or payments for you.
- Expense balances are a convenience for the group; Golfit.AI does not hold or move money.
AI suggestions
- Some features use AI to suggest plans, read confirmations or summarise ideas. Suggestions can be wrong. Nothing an AI suggests changes your trip until a Planner or Co-Planner reviews and applies it.
Fair use
- Don’t misuse Golfit.AI, try to access trips you’re not part of, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
Your account
- You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted from Settings at any time.
